Abnormally High HCG?

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant. Three days ago my HCG was 306...today it’s 1222. I know the HCG is supposed to double every 2ish days, but the number quadrupled! According to my textbook, the high side for 4 week hcg is usually only about 500. I made the mistake of googling high hcg levels and learned about molar pregnancies...and of course now I’m scared. I don’t have any spotting, bleeding, abnormal pressure, etc. Has anyone else had really high hcg levels this early on? Thanks!

Sometimes high HCG can indicate a multiple pregnancy as well.

I had a molar pregnancy in December. (I’m not technically supposed to be pregnant again right now because they require 6-12 months of monitoring to make sure any cancer doesn’t spread) my hCG at 6 weeks was 160,000 and peaked at 595,000 at 11 weeks before we discovered it was molar.
I have had pretty high hCG this time around too, at 4 weeks I was 800 and 2,500 just a few days later. It was extremely terrifying given my history. But I am 11 weeks now and while my hCG rose SOO quickly, I peaked at 8 weeks and started trending down again. 
Just keep an eye on the numbers..
(There is always the possibility of twins, too)

With my first kiddo my HCG was 1,000 at 4 1/2 weeks. He is 5 and healthy! With my daughter it was in the thousands at 4 1/2 weeks and she is 3 and healthy! Try and relax honey. High HCG is usually better than low and non doubling HCG. I didn’t even have my HCG tested with this baby and I’m 18 weeks and all is well. Try and not worry about the numbers. If it helps, I am a twin and my mom had high hcg levels in the beginning. Maybe it is multiples honey! Much love and hope you have a beautiful and easy 9 months! If you need me I’m here!

At 3-4 weeks my hcg was over 500, I was pregnant with twins. They thought I was 8-9 weeks but when I went to ultrasound was just 5weeks 5 days. That’s why my hcg was high

Last week at 4+3 mine was only 162 today at 5 weeks it is 4,141.
