Am I ovulating ?

So I got a positive opk last night. And right now my left ovary hurts.... like a lot. So many women made me feel like I won't ovulate based on nothing I guess, some mentioned my weight and others mentioned because of BC and keep telling me I'm having inoculation cycles so I'm stressing at the fear of not ovulating despite doctors telling me I was fine and healthy (tho fat). My CM has decreased by a lot! It was so much yesterday and it's so little today, I had to dig up there to see it, it was crazy. I feel like I'm feeling ovulation pains but I'm hesitating to accept that cause part of me is starting to think I donr ovulate anymore, idk why :(
