Has anyone had success in conceiving while they were sick during their fertile window/implantation days?

I was sick when I conceived. She's 7 weeks old now.

Absolutely not. I got sick three different times during the first 3 months we started trying and each month I got sick from extensive traveling. Each month resulted in a negative.
