Petrified of missed miscarriage

I am so scared about having a missed miscarriage. After three attempts at ivf this baby is so prescious to me. I am so frightened that I am going to loose it. I wish I could stay calm but because I am so scared as I have so much to loose. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms and am panicking probably irrationally. But this baby means everything to me. I literally don't know how I will go on if something happens to it.
