I will not let OPK’s define me

I had an HSG test on CD 10 last week. I did an opk in the afternoon just to see and I got a near positive. Since then I haven’t had anything close. I have pcos and my doctor said with pcos sometimes you can get false positives and it’s not always reliable. I know I can possibly not catch the surge and that OPK’s are not the end all be all. I won’t let them rule my life.
