Labor question? A little tmi..

I'm only 33 weeks, and a ftm, but kind of want some advice.. I have noticed a change in my body and I wasn't sure if it's just normal third trimester changes or changes of early labor. I've had normal cervical discharge my whole pregnancy as it has be thick and white/clear, but here recently it seems to be a little watery, but it's still clear. I have "dropped" alot apparently as everyone seems to notice it. I've been have a lot of pressure and sharp pains in my private. My feet seem to be swollen a lot more also.. Even my Braxton hicks have become painful but they are not regular, so I haven't timed them or considered them labor pains.

I plan on talking to my OB about it Thursday as I have an appointment anyways, but I was just wondering if this is normal at 33 weeks or if it's a sign of early labor that I need to be watching? And yes, I know we're not a group of doctors, but most are mothers and have had babies before..
