This is kinda embarrassing for me to talk about but I thought it might be important to ask for help. I have an appointment with my gynecologist tomorrow about painful penetration. Not just in the sexual way, even though that hurts just as bad, but stuff like tampons make my vagina hurt so bad I want to cry and the pain never stops until I take it out. I feel like I'm going to tear something down there. I made this post because I wanted to know if anyone could give me a heads up on stuff she might say or stuff that I should say so I dont go in totally unprepared.
