Hi ladies!

My husband and I were due with our second child on August 22 however she decided to come on August 27 💜

These last 5 days have been EXTRA long. From being sent home from the hospital because we weren’t dilated enough to be admitted. I was getting rather frustrated. When I woke up on Sunday I was in intense pain. My contractions were so strong I could barely talk nor walk. I was so scared of being turned away due to me not being dilated enough. I labored all day from 7am- midnight until I couldn’t take the pain anymore. My husband advised for me to call the hospital and they said come on in.

Y’all when we arrived they checked me and I was 6cm!!!!! I was so excited and shocked, but I was admitted at 2:30am. Contractions continued to be intense. I immediately asked for an epidural. With our first daughter I delivered her naturally and the pain was unbearable. The epidural kicked in & I was literally on CLOUD 9! I couldn’t feel nothing. It was so amazing.

Arielle Rose was born at 7:50am and weighing 7lbs & 9oz 19 1/2 inches long💜
