Help! Ways to reduce spitting in public
As I sit here at a play date with my son I am trying everything I can not to have to spit in a napkin in public. It is not easy as I try to swallow but my gag refex won't let me. Any advice on this? What did you to to relieve the urge? My doctor said some women get this and I certainly don't remember it with my other pregnancies.
