Please help

Hey Ladies I could really do with your help! I am 2 weeks late for AF and have been to see the doc today who has advised to wait another 2 weeks before he will blood test... I did two cheap tests last week both BFN.... I have just taken a digital test that come up not pregnant however as soon as I ejected the stick from the machine I’m sure I could see 2 lines on the test stick!?

Is this normal to see two lines on the digital test sticks? Couple it finally be my time? Advise people wonderful ladies! Pics below top is original!!
