Mirena problems around 1 year of insertion
So for the first few months of being on mirena I had no period and hardly any cramping at all for that time. I had it inserted early June of 2017 and didn't start getting them again until February 2018. About then is when I started cramping bad and ended up going to the doctor about late april because it was slowly becoming intolerable. They ruled out anything wrong and said everything was clear. About a week or two after that I started spotting every day and have been since. I've also noticed that since I started having periods again I would have really bad mood swings and would get to the point I was a depressed and anxious mess of emotions. I have an appointment in a week to get this removed but I was just wondering what's the best thing to switch to? I cant do hormonal because it affects my depression and anxiety but I still need something to ease my period since they get to be severe when I'm not on something. Anyone going through a similar case currently?
