Our daughter had that too. Just keep cleaning it with alcohol swabs and make sure to wash it good during a bath. Hers cleared up within a couple days.

Completely normal. You can clean it now with soapy water. If it continues to bleed you can use a little alcohol on a qtip to dry it up!
