I’m stupid 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi ladies!! I kinda need your advice so please help me out?

I was recently diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and my doctor told me I need to take birth control for it, he also said if I want to use it for protection it has to be at the exact same time every day because it has a low dose of estrogen. I just started it on Friday (first day of my period) at 10:00 pm but I forgot to take it on Saturday 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I took two on Sunday at 11:00pm, I took it normally yesterday at 11:00pm

I know it sounds like I don’t have any sense of responsibility but I swear I’ve been so busy 🤦🏻‍♀️

I do have sex with my boyfriend a couple of times per week so for how long should I use extra protection?
