painful lump😣

cant get a doctors appointment for another couple of weeks!

so about a week ago i found a small lump on my vagina flap, i get them sometimes and in the end i can pop them or they just burst and they don’t get much bigger than about a pea size. well last week i noticed i had another one, today i woke up and its like the size of a 10 pence coin and is sooo painful. it hurts when i sit down, walk and just brush it. as i said i cant get a doctors appointment yet, what can i do😣
