I'm spotting, I've peed at least 12 times since this morning, I'm moody, we aren't careful and actually want a baby, tests are negative, I had a period about two weeks ago.

Peeing isn't necessarily s sign of pregnancy. If you're actually bleeding then I'd say no you're likely not pregnant. If you're spotting it could be implantation. No one can tell you if you're prego. You just have to wait and take another tsst

If you had a period 2 weeks ago, you would just be ovulating now and not pregnant yet. It's also probably too early for implantation bleeding if you got pregnant on this cycle.
