Miscarriage

I had a misscariage about a 3 weeks ago but I want to try and get pregnant again. I have been very upset and depressed and it's caused me to have even more baby fever than before. Is this something I should do do now? If not how long should I wait? Will the next cycle I have, have my body back to normal with my regular cycle?
