Help get my mind off it!

I’m going crazy. Absolutely insane. As soon as I think I’m starting to move past it, I spiral again. I’m obsessing over this loss. I NEED to try and focus my mind on other things, but when your coworker and family member are pregnant, you can’t escape it! What did you ladies do to focus your mind somewhere else? I’ve been going to the gym a lot more, but that’s only an hour out of my day. I need help...
