Pill Side Effects???

Hi guys, I have a question that I need some opinions on! A few months ago, I switched my birth control pill from one that I had previously been on for a few years to a new one, Tri-Lo-Marzia. Since taking this new pill, I first got my period for three weeks straight, and then have been feeling very sick since then, with back pain, aching, acne/breakouts, bloating and nausea, as well as generally feeling ill. I was wondering if other people have also tried this pill, and if they had any side effects as well?
