3rd miscarriage in 1 year

Im so sad :( has anyone with multiple MCs been given any insight on WHY?!?! My RE didnt even test me for RH blood type, which if i am negative (or positive, im not sure which) it seems like it could have been prevented. My RE also uses the natural killer cell theory, which os not fully backed by science and not.fully believed by other REs, but other than that we have found no reason :(
