Hi ladies,

I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and a D&C 14 days ago. I bled for a few days following my D&C and then stopped for 4-5 days, I’ve been lightly spotting with mild cramps for the last 3 days. before both my pregnancies my periods were irregular. could this be my period? my HCG cheapy tests are starting to get much more faint. I’m not sure when to start my cycle over or when to start <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a>. I don’t go to my OB until 9/5 which will be 21 days after my D&C.

Thanks for any advice you have! I’m VERY anxious to start tracking again!
