1 cm for 3 weeks

Just went in for a check up and for the third week in a row I've had no change, still 1cm and cervix is "favorable" but still relatively thick. We scheduled an induction just to be on the safe side but I'm so hoping she'll come before. It's 4 days til my due date and I'm feeling so discouraged by the lack of progress. Anyone stuck at one level and had baby naturally?
