I believe that the white stuff is CM after you've ovulated and are now out of your fertile window.

Yes, I've had this also...7dpo and today at the same time each day...not normal for me.  My boobs also didn't get sore right after ovulation at 7 dpo and not really sore sore just achy and nipples tingly.  Been feeling twitching too...hope my body's not playing tricks on me.
