Sagging skin
Hi ladies!
My husband and I recently started our own little personalized diet. We haven’t started the exercise yet but food wise it’s been going well. We’ve both lost a little weight so far. He was 289 and is now at 275 and I was at 238 and I’m now at 230.
Since I’ve had my second daughter I’ve had that hanging belly apron thing. And it’s not loose skin..it’s fat, I’ll own up to that because honestly for the last 4-1/2 years I just didn’t care. I’ve noticed though since I’ve lost these few pounds recently I’m starting to get very soft saggy skin under my arms (you can’t tell unless I Point it out or lift my arms up), my inner thighs and my stomach has “dropped” more and starting to hang lower but it’s gotten flatter and the skin is starting to get loose and soft.
What I’m asking is how did anyone handle their loose skin If any?
