For the past week, I've been feeling pretty lousy after about 6pm. Around that time, I start getting very hot in my face, throbbing headaches, and somewhat nauseous, but never enough to throw up. The headaches and warmth in my face are my main concerns. It just seems strange that it hits in a timely fashion every day. Can anyone ease my mind or should I be concerned?
