Who’s right? Me or my husband?

Ladies! Let’s settle a name dispute between my husband and I. We are due in December with a boy and he loves the name Jamison with any of the various spellings.

Cool. Fine. I actually like the name. However, our last name is super and obviously Irish and the first thing I (or I feel like most people) will think is of the Irish Whiskey. I don’t want him to get jabs and jokes all his life.

If that wasn’t bad enough, we HAVE to use the middle name James (family name) so in this case he’d be Jamison James with an Irish last name.

He says it’s fine and he likes it. I think it sounds ridiculous. Give me your opinions!
