For those 1+year BF- are you still taking prenatal vitamins??

I’m coming up on 1year but only nurse now morning at wake up and night at bedtime. Should I still be taking prenatals or can I stop?

I'm breastfeeding my 18mo old & am still taking them, but I nurse him a lot more than you are. I'd probably still take them if I were you, but a regular vitamin seems like it'd work too.

I could never stomach mine but my OB suggested pediasure for a supplement of nutrients 🙂

I’ve always taken them! Good for hair and nails 🤷🏼‍♀️
