White chicken spinach lasagna?

I HATE the standard lasagna so found something new to try instead.
It’s a chicken broth based sauce with layers of the lasagna, spinach, mozzarella and Parmesan, ricotta cheese and the chicken. I also plan to have artichokes added in!
Anyone ever try any of these recipes? If so how did it come out and any flavoring tips on what to add in?

I’ve done something similar with the only difference being home made Alfredo sauce instead of a tomato sauce and it was really good! I also like to do the chicken either thin sliced or lightly shredded depending on how think I want it (shredded if I want more layers)

Sweet potato lasagna. Layer thinly sliced sweet potatoes with vodka sauce, fried and seasoned portabella and shiitake mushrooms and mozzarella, and bake. 🤤
