Increased risk for preeclampsia

Kyra • Hii! I`m Kyra, 29 yrs old, married, mommy of a beautiful baby boy. Puerto Rican/French and a little bit of Arabic.

Hi ladies! Sorry about the long story. I need advice

A few days ago I posted that I needed some advice for a cold and I was advice to take Tylenol. I never took it cause I was scared (not because I didn't trust). After 3 days of huge headache and couldn't do anything I decided to go to my primary doctor. She has viewed my past history and every time they used to check my blood pressure it was always high, it has been like that for 2 years now. My doctor was concerned and made a letter to my OBGYN saying that I'm at increased risk for preeclampsia. I'm a curious girl and I opened the letter (was not sealed) and i didn't understand anything, of course I did my research. I am just terrified I already had one miscarriage and i don't know what to think or what should I do.

Anything would be helpful.

Thank you
