So my LO is 6 mo. The last few days, he has wanted to eat so much at bedtime, I’ve needed to give him a little extra pumped milks via bottle. I have a small stash, because I’m a SAHM so I don’t pump often. I don’t want to keep using up my stash ... my question when should I pump? My 1st thought would be at night after he’s asleep, so I am telling my body to catch up with his intake, but I doubt I can pump much at that time since he’s just nursed (both sides) 🤷‍♀️. The other option ( that makes sense to me) would be in the morning when I can pump more ...?
