Cystic acne out of no where???

So currently I take 2 Spironolactone at night and 3 in the morning as my dermatologist recommended now recently I started college and my parents went out of town and I’m taking my medicine still but my face has completely broken out into cystic acne all over my forehead all in one day just in a matter of hours. Why and how!!??? It’s all over my forehead and some on my cheeks. I got off work and I had 4 just popping out of my skin on my forehead. What can i do to get the stupid bump under the skin to go away or get rid of the redness. I’m on acne medicine because of my cystic acne. Should I schedule an appointment with my dermatologist again and figure something else out I’ve been on it for almost a year and it’s worked great
