I need your experiences please help

Hey ladies so I conceived my son at 23 after 3 years everything was fine and perfect. Well now I'm 25 I'm married to my husband ( not my son's bio) we got pregnant this March and miscarried.. well finally we are pregnant again ... what are the chances this baby will stick I heard pcos could contribute to multiple mc.. my doc is monitoring levels. I'm 4 weeks and a few days today ahe said my hcg-87 and progesterone levels are 11.. they said that was normal.. I'm just scared we want this so bad and i want to be joyful and feel safe in this pregnancy... how many had a successful after mc.. did you notice a difference in the 2.. help I need reassurance
