Postpartum diva cup??

Question

Hi, currently 26 weeks pregnant and getting prettying anxious about postpartum life, particularly the bleeding side of things. 
My question is: has anyone used their menstrual cup soon after giving birth? 
I plan on asking my midwife when I next see her.

The recommendation in the states is absolutely nothing in the vagina for 6 weeks, cup included. I wouldn’t have wanted to anyway, I had stitches up there and it was very tender until my second period.

Nothing until you are cleared. Have to use pads.

I believe ive read you’re not supposed to use a cup pp. Not sure how accurate that was but definitely bring it up to your midwife
