Do you believe in tarot cards?

I just got my deck of tarot cards. I am skeptical but I thought it might offer some guidance (I'm not religious) or at the very least it might be fun. Any of you believe in tarot cards? I chose a card to see how my day will be and I got the six of cups. Which I feel like relates to my day so far. But I don't know if I believe in them yet.

You don't need to "believe" in them, they're not fortune tellers - they're a way to help interpret things happening around you. Spend some time shuffling the cards and holding them before you jump in, you might find that the deck you chose doesn't work for you.

Like all of the material objects and other signs and symbols in the world around us, tarot cards are just one way to see signs. If you draw meaning from it, it is meaningful. I get a lot of signs from license plates; I will be deep in thought, asking questions, then often times I will see a license plate that answers the question for me. That doesnt mean all license plates are magical in any special way... it means that signs are presented to us in whichever ways we can digest them.

Clense your cards first whether you believe in them or not because they could have bad energy. And then you should do the interview spread and they need to get used to you.

personally i don't but i love the meanings people can draw out of it !! like astrology. i don't seriously believe in it, but i like the meanings and how it gives people a chance to better themselves.
