TTC after unplanned pregnancy

Anyone else have an unplanned pregnancy and now feel like there never going to be pregnant when there actually trying? I was on the pill and got pregnant at 18 on my first years ago and now I'm planning my 2nd and feels like it's never going to happen 😫 baby dust to everyone ✨
