My LO keeps spitting up. He usually burps after every ounce like the doctor said to do. We feed him at an angle. We keep him sitting up right. If we sit him up for 20 minutes he spits up a lot. My SO held him up for over an hour last night and he still spit up. Not as much as he does when he only gets held up for 20 minutes but he still spits up. I don't know why, you'd think an hour sit up would prevent all spitting up. Any idea as to why? Or have tips to prevent the spitting up.

Add on: He's 4 weeks old and the spitting up has gotten worse over time.
