Why do you think people settle for less than they are worth?

Relationship wise? I have always wondered this.

Low self esteem.  Not wanting to be alone maybe.

I think it mostly comes down to not wanting to be alone and accepting what is in front of you out of fear of not finding someone else.

Sometimes it’s fear of being alone, sometimes it’s comfortable and familiar, sometimes people hold on because at one time it was good and they have hope it’ll go back to the way it was. 
Financial reasons and kids often keep couples together past their expiration dates

“We accept the love we think we deserve” Everyone deserves to be treated with love, respect, and integrity. But sometime we get so insecure we don’t believe we can have a love/romance like other or what we see on tv. But in reality you can you just have to find the right person where you’re both willing to put in the time and effort.
