YES I KNOW THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IS TO TAKE A TEST BUT AGAIN I AM IN DENIAL AND TOO SCARED TO! I Need Opinions!

Anyways.. I am 2 months postpartum today.

I gave birth on 6/30/18 to my first baby.. my daughter. I got my first period PP on Aug 8th, 2018. I had sex the first time after birth on 7/28/18. I did the deed again on 8/12/18, 8/17/18, 8/19/18, 8/23/18 and on 8/27/18. All unprotected but he “pulled out”. My ovulation started on the 19th and the 23rd was the peak of it.. ever since 8/20/18 I have been cramping up.. having headaches like daily.. nauseous. Eating A LOT MORE... I have even thrown up. I feel like I’ve been on my period but I’m not. My period is due Sept 5th.. but can I take a test sooner than after my missed period? Do y’all think I could be expecting again? Just want opinions. This is kinda how I felt when I was pregnant with my daughter.
