I need to end an argument.

Okay u was having an argument with a friend saying basically, my sister is 14yo and she's fast af. I wasn't allowed to wear makeup or the clothes she wears or even have a boyfriend. So my friend said it's different we are growing up in different times. Not that different but sure. Anywho he said times are changing 1 year or 4 years don't matter. So I said yeah but for a child that has only been in private school she is outta pocket. She had a vibrator, gave a kid a hand job, and recently I found a condom in her wallet. Personally if you not doing nothing. Why is there a condom in your wallet? I was told that sometimes virgins do that. My thing is I had a child out of wedlock and I get called a whore. She does these things at 14 and they say it's new times. What do you think? This isn't me complaining. I want to know if maybe I'm just overreacting
