Personal question but have you had sex recently? Sometimes the cervix can bleed from irritation. I’d put a pad on and monitor, if get cramping or continue to bleed get checked over otherwise should be fine... that being said if you’re concerned speak with your health care provider as they can offer more reassurance and if they are worried offer testing. Hope all is ok babe x
