Starting week 19 of my pregnancy I started having issues with sciatic nerve and hip pain. I have fibromyalgia and of course being pregnant I can’t take my regular anti inflammatory and muscles relaxer medication. My OBGYN put me on Tylenol as needed and Flexeril 10 mg.

Anyone else on the struggle bus? My toes go numb and my right hand feel so stiff. If i decide to clean house by the end of the day my legs are jerking like crazy from muscle spasms. I go to see a physical therapists soon but am hoping y’all can give me to tips to ease the discomfort! Thanks!!!
