My husband and I have been trying to conceive for awhile now. I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I started 5mg Femara on this cycle. I thought for sure this was going to be our month. I felt so positive! I just knew that I was going to get my BFP!! Well I took a test this morning and low and behold I got yet another BFN😞 My period is 2 days away but I can’t help but to think that this is just never going to happen for me. Does anyone think I should still keep the hope alive for this month ? Or should I just get ready for AF to come ?
