So breast question..

I am late (yay!) But tonight as I took my clothes off to shower and noticed a couple drops of blood coming from my nipple. Anyone think it might be linked? I'm testing on Friday if AF doesn't come by then, everything I'm reading is leaving towards breast cancer.
