I'm 38 weeks and 4 days. Today I had an appointment and they didn't check me. At my last one I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I have had NO signs of labor anywhere. No cramps, pains, Braxton hicks, no pressure. Nothing. 😣 I asked my ob what would happen if I went past my due date and he still hasn't came. Well, she said she will let me go past my due date and they won't induce me unless he starts showing signs of being stressed, which they'll start doing non stress tests on me AFTER I go past my due date. She said they'll only induce me if my cervix isn't thinning out too. I am miserable. I have tried everything and still nothing. I know he will "come when he is ready" but I'M READY and I want him here. 😭 I have had a great pregnancy, I haven't had any issues. I don't want to sound mean or selfish but I just want my baby here already. My feet hurt, I can't sleep, it hurts to turn from side to side and I can't stay comfy for more than 10 minutes. People say to walk, have sex, exercise, drink castor oil, warm showers. I've tried and I'm tired. 😔 Any advice ? I don't want to have to be induced because she said chances are I would end up having a c section and I don't want that either.. please no rude comments, I'm just a tired momma ready to meet her baby. 😔
