So I’ve had a problem for a really long time where I can’t be bent over without air going into me making an embarrassing pumping sound during sex and it really puts me off doing it, my partner really enjoys the position but I’m too embarrassed to do it and I feel like I’m letting him down as I’m restricted to certain positions, am I the only one who gets this?

I don’t know if its to do with my height as I am 5ft tall and my partner is 5’11

I’ve tried everything like different heights and putting a pillow under me but nothing seems to work to stop this

Can anyone help or advise on what to do
