Did the healthcare provider/professional cross a boundary/ies? i.e. Sexually explicit comments, over sharing, physical abuse, emotionally abuse/molestation/grouping/rubbing/touching you inappropriately in a way that was not part of the exam, requiring a physical exam when it was not wanted or needed, etc, exposing themselves or touching themselves sexually, getting aroused, entering into a physical or mental inappropriate relationship with you, make passes & coming on to/hitting on you, complementing you Inappropriately, seeing you outside of his/her care, going on dates or meeting up etc, initiating relationship online, sending explicit or inappropriate texts, discussing an appropriate things, telling you about their sex life/personal sexual or relationship life, clean definitely filming you were taking photographs of you, asking for weird photographs of you, brainwashing, overmedicating to take advantage, rape, sexual assault, hinting that they want to be more then your provider, mentally grooming you to make you easier to violate, or ANY SEXUAL OR SEXUALLY suggestive violation by the HC professional? Physically/mentally/ect.

** HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL referring to ANY medical doctor/M.D., Psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist/counselors, LCP, nurse: NP/CPRN/RN/LPN/LVN, chiropractor, dentist, physical therapist, PA, ND, D, MD, DMD, DC, CNA, Optometrist, ophthalmologist, school nurse, dental hygienist, ultrasound tech, occupational therapist, respiratory therapist, acupuncturist, surgical tech, phlebotomist, x-ray tech, Front desk worker of clinic, employee of clinic, tech, certified holistic medical practitioner, licensed nutritionist, etc). Anyone in one of these type of field that is licensed or certified and was working as a professional at the time.
