What does your child prefer?

I'll be switching my one year old to almond or soy milk soonish from formula. I'm wondering what do you & your child prefer? & does one make you less constipated, because my girl gets constipated very easy and I'd like to avoid that as much as possible! Also if there is a certain brand you like better please let me know!😊❤

Soy milk is not recommended even for adults, almost no nutritional value. Target sells pea milk in a few flavors which is amazing and we like that, my son had a milk protein allergy he eventually outgrew and we tried pea milk, hemp, flax, and goat. Vanilla pea and chocolate flax were our favorites in the house.

So just letting you know because I didn’t know a few things about almond milk 1. It doesn’t have any fats or nutrients that your baby needs 2. They actually did a major recall because a bunch of lactose intolerant people were getting sick and it had actual cows milk in it anyways not knowing all this and my son being lactose intolerant I put him on it until I took him to his 12 month appointment and they told me big no no on him drinking that and had me put him on lactose free whole milk because it has the fats and nutrients he needs and since he’s been on it he’s done great with it no side effects at all
