faint

im 36 weeks now and today has been pretty rough. everytime i stand up i feel very dizzy and faint. i went to the grocery store for 5 mins and felt like i couldnt breath. now im back in bed laying down and i feel like passing out not tired just very faint. does anyone else have this experience or know if its ok to be feeling like this?
