Sooo I was on the depo shot (worst mistake of my life) from age 13 to age 16 with no break(currently 19). I came off of the shot and now have endometriosis, and poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and have severe cramps all month constant,heavy 9 days periods, 10-11 days in between each period and infertility issues. My gynecologist recommended getting some type of birth control to regulate my periods and balance my hormones. Which do you prefer?
