Is this normal? He has had super runny, almost diarrhea like poops for almost a week, and then today I noticed his poop was still pretty runny but also had mucous in it. He seems fine otherwise. Normal, or should I be worried?

For those of you who are going to tell me to just make an appointment with his ped since you aren't doctors, I already have an appointment set for Tuesday. I just wanted to see if any one else had insight.
