Vitex & pcos ir
I had ro stop vitex bcos since my periods are reg it raised my progesterone too high plus I am pcos insulin resistance, so it's not good for that type of pcos. So for the past two cycles b4 my menses I break out in hives all over that anti-itch creams dont work. It has caused APD autoimmune progesterone.... Ugh can't wait for it to leave my system and for my hormones to regulate again. Yeesh
s.n I am scratching now...when my menses come it'll go away
